Welcome aboard... I have the same rack, and also a trunk on mine, and I get down to the Dragon at least once a year (usually in a Subaru) but sometimes on one of my bikes, maybe we can meet up sometime (when i can walk again)

I ride the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, etc, and a lot of gravel on my dual sport. My wife just got a 2010 Outback which she loves.

Duh, that was me replying. Newbie to this type of forum. hehe...easy mistake... Yeah, I'm on my 38th Subaru ...Actually have 10 right now, only one of which I can currently drive, since I blew out my clutch knee...I was lucky to have 1 automatic sitting around, as I usually only have manuals...

I had one of the two cycle ones back in the late 60's. It was brand new with a a blown engine. The lady owner didn't know to add oil to the oil injection tank. I bought it for $100 and rigged up a 11HP Briggs to the transmission. I drove it that way for a year or so then sold it. Top speed was somewhat limited.

I bet it was.... One of those Subaru 360's rigged up with an Ascot motor would probably get around pretty good...

Where did you get that rack? I would LOVE to get a luggage rack for my ascot. The [soon to be] Mrs. really doesn't enjoy wearing a backpack. I've got some OGIO saddle bags (just last weekend) but a luggage rack would seal the deal for weekend trips.
